Artisan
ViolinTM Shipping Guidelines
For shipping, ship by US Postal Service using our P.O. Box Number:
Brian Epp / Artisan Violin Restoration
P,O, Box 2194
Durango, CO 81302
Be sure to have it marked “Top” and “Fragile.”
Insure your instrument and have pictures of the instrument, preferably
dated (front, back, sides) for proof of value. You do not need to ship
signature required.
You may want to have your instrument professionally packaged at your
local UPS/mailing store because they have experience and appropriate
materials. If you package it yourself, we recommend at least three to
four inches of padding all the way around the instrument, preferably
within a case.
The day you ship your instrument, please e-mail us:
Your address
Your telephone number
The US Postal Service tracking number
Expected day of arrival
Thank you so much. We are looking forward to working with you.
Tips regarding receiving:
On the rare occasion that your package is damaged, leave all the packing
in place, and immediately call USPS and then call us at 970-903-2173.
Do not hesitate to call us if we can be of service,
Brian Epp / Artisan ViolinTM
